I enjoyed my stay in a clean, well-laid-out room with an amazing view, and being just a few steps away from Odderoya Museumshavn and gorgeous Otterdalsparken made my city strolls incredibly enjoyable. the hotel staff were friendly which added to my great experience, although the early morning noise from the shipping yard could be a little disruptive for light sleepers.

The breakfast featured a wide variety of fresh foods and baked goods, perfect to kickstart the day. The staff managed the busy breakfast rush really well.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the amazing views and the breakfast buffet was fantastic, especially for the kids. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay so much easier with three children.

I had a pretty good time here! The view of the harbor was awesome, and the breakfast had so many yummy options. Just a bummer about the slow service at dinner. we waited forever to be seated and felt ignored. Also, the wifi worked like a charm!

The breakfast was a total feast, with fruit juice that could make any morning feel fancy! We loved the spacious Family Room and how the hotel was so close to charming fish restaurants just a stroll away.

The bathroom felt a bit cramped, and there was a mix-up with our breakfast seating, but they did their best to make it work for us.

Excellent breakfast buffet with diverse options.

My experience was frustrating from the start. Check-in took an eternity, stretching over an hour because only one person was managing the lobby. I felt abandoned during check-out too, with no staff available to assist, just a bowl for dropping off room cards. I even misplaced some belongings and was met with poor communication when I inquired about them—only one earbud was found, and I doubt it was mine.
